The free valet service was a definite plus, check-in and check-out were quick! The infinity pool offered great views. I spent a lot of time there. The staff were polite and always ready to assist, made things smoother.
The food and beverages seemed overpriced considering the hotel category. It could offer better value.

The hotel is on the palm. It is about 20 km from the city center. This makes it great to enjoy the quiet, the beach, and the pool, but you need a taxi at night because there is nothing around.

A site operated right next to the hotel. Sleep became difficult. the room lacked sufficient towels. We were four people, yet only received two towels daily. This felt inconvenient and required constant requests for more.

The hotel had a taxi rank right outside. The staff surprised me with a birthday setup in the room (very thoughtful). They even delivered a second cake at no charge, a nice touch.
